Elite performance requires the right environment—from training and recovery to nutrition and long-term athlete development.
To make this environment accessible to exceptional young talents, OYM established the OYM Sports & Science Foundation. The foundation supports promising athletes by providing access to OYM's expertise, infrastructure and interdisciplinary performance environment.

OUR MISSION.

Primary: Support talented young athletes from Switzerland across athletic training, health management, nutrition, research and development.
Enable access to holistic performance services regardless of financial background.
Secondary: Support research projects in collaboration with educational institutions.
Promote knowledge transfer through seminars, workshops and educational initiatives.
Strengthen the future of elite sport through sustainable investment in young talent.

Every donation helps talented athletes access world-class coaching, science and infrastructure at OYM.

The OYM Sports & Science Foundation is recognised as a charitable organisation under Swiss law. Donations are tax deductible in accordance with applicable cantonal and federal regulations.

GIAN GILLI

Gian Gilli has held numerous leadership positions in Swiss elite sport, including CEO of Swiss-Ski, Sports Director of Swiss Olympic and CEO of the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in St. Moritz. Today he contributes his extensive experience as entrepreneur and President of the OYM Sports & Science Foundation.

STREBEL

Dr. Hans-Peter Strebel has served on the Board of Directors of EVZ Sport AG since 2010 and became Chairman in 2015. He founded OYM in 2016 with the vision of sustainably advancing elite sport through the combination of athlete development and science.

Andreas Bachmann is an independent attorney based in Lucerne. In addition to his legal practice, he serves on several boards and foundations, particularly in the fields of real estate, finance and sport.
