Dr. ETH Marco Toigo is an internationally recognised researcher specialising in molecular, cellular and systemic adaptations to training and nutrition.
By bringing together scientists, coaches, physiotherapists and nutrition experts, he developed the OYM Performance Engineering model—a unique interdisciplinary approach that transforms scientific knowledge into practical solutions for athletic development.
